We Belong - Concacaf W
The Short Version
The Situation
Concacaf came to us for help refreshing their "We Belong" platform for International Day of the Girl. We wanted to show that girls across the region belong anywhere, especially the pitch.
The Problem
While the US has made great strides in gender equality, girls across Central America and the Caribbean are still discouraged from pursuing any endeavor that was historically a male dominated category.
The Solution
We created a series of videos that showed how Concacaf athletes have been able to inspire a new generation of girls to pursue their dreams.
The Brief
The Objective
Concacaf wants to refresh its “We Belong” messaging to support the International Day of the Girl theme: Digital Generation. Our Generation.

The Problem Is
In many areas of the world, the football pitch is not where girls are told they belong

Insight
Social media has created more access to football, especially in Central America and the Caribbean, by showing girls that there is a path to fulfilling your dreams.

We Need To
Show that being able to see people like you succeed is just as important as having the opportunity to play.

So That
Girls have the confidence to play and pursue any endeavor regardless of gender norms in their communities.

Helping To
Boost Concacaf’s standing with the Women’s Football community and connecting with grassroots organizations throughout the region.
